4. Shipping Charges

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

6. Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

• Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping address.
