• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are provided only for eligible cancellations or if products are damaged or defective upon delivery.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence
  • Products purchased during special promotions (unless defective)

4. Replacement or Exchange

• If a product is defective or damaged during delivery, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or the wrong product was sent.
